How long does it take to receive the report?
Our reports are typically returned within 24-48 hours.
Is it possible to fail a home inspection?
While it is not possible to fail a home inspection, the inspection will give insight to repairs that may be costly.
Do I have to attend my home inspection?
No, it is not required however, it is highly encouraged as it gives the client a more first hand experience of different aspects of the home that might raise concern.
